You will be responsible for scheduling potential clients by assessing their interest and getting them excited for their new remodel project. This position pays hourly plus Bonus.

Our call center is the first point of contact to customers and setting appointments for our Outside Sales Representatives.

Job Summary

As a Call Center Representative, you eagerly answer inbound calls and make outbound calls using scripts to set qualified appointments. You follow up on customer inquiries. Using pain questions to uncover needs, you get them to set qualified sales appointments--keeping our sales calendar full. As needed, you transfer customer calls to the appropriate staff or department.

Being sales and computer savvy, you provide customers with product information, set appointments, and document all interactions in our call logs. You meet deadlines and follow up on assignments as needed. Always looking for an opportunity to increase sales, a way to improve your customer service skills, or a way to impact the success of the department, you eagerly recommend process improvements.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Field and manage inbound calls from potential customers.
  • Schedule appointments for our sales partners.
  • Ensure that personal and team goals are met.
  • Overcome objections from potential customers regarding scheduling, cost, etc.
  • Have a sense of urgency to respond to inbound leads from potential customers.

· Other duties as needed.

Requirements

· Minimum 1 year of inside sales/or customer service experience preferred.

· Proven experience as a call center/sales lead generation environment a plus.

· Persuasive skills via phone communication.

  • Goal-oriented and money motivated.

· Experience with call center technology solutions a plus.

· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

· High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree in a relevant discipline will be appreciated.

· Legally authorized to work in the United States

· Ability to pass drug-screen and background check.
